This role covers a broad scope of analytics work, from pipeline development and data modelling to stakeholder collaboration and insight communication. You'll be expected to own your work end-to-end and continuously look for ways to improve the reporting frameworks and data assets your team relies on. Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements, translating business questions into scalable data and visualization solutions

Identify, source, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems to support business intelligence and analytical initiatives Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and curated analytical datasets using SQL, Python/PySpark, and cloud-based analytics platforms Leverage modern analytics technologies such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable reporting solutions

Design and develop robust data models, semantic models, and reporting datasets that enable trusted, high-performing self-service analytics Apply data modelling best practices including dimensional modelling, star schema design, fact and dimension structures, and measure governance Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards , scorecards, and visualization solutions that provide meaningful insights to business users and leadership teams

Develop advanced DAX calculations , KPIs, performance metrics, custom tooltips, and drill-through experiences to enhance analytical capabilities Conduct analysis of campaign, customer, loyalty, sales, and promotional performance to identify trends,



opportunities, and business drivers Ensure data accuracy and quality by implementing validation processes, data governance standards, and reporting best practices
