Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst ready to lead complex projects?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business System Analyst-API/Banking. This position involves supporting and delivering detailed system requirements, functional and technical specifications, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop innovative technology solutions aligned with business needs. Responsibilities

- Support and produce detailed system requirements, technical and functional specifications
- Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate detailed business systems requirements
- Develop effective solutions by researching current system capabilities and defining technology options and recommendations
- Define, document, and translate business needs into detailed user stories, including both functional and non-functional specifications
- Support testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as standups, refinement sessions, and effort estimations
- Identify risks, and support in mitigation strategies, escalating issues promptly
- Review design prototypes, requirements, and work products to ensure compliance with standards




- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to assess impact and integration of solutions
- Provide operational and process analysis support as required
- Ensure adherence to organizational best practices and standards for requirements and project management
- Keep current with evolving technologies and maintain expertise in banking systems and related tools
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deliverables within specified timelines
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and operational productivity

Desired Skill-Set

- 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of API (backend systems and documentation)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven agile delivery experience (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Nice to Have

- Experience working within banking or financial institutions
- Agile certification
- Data migration and integration expertise
- Clarity experience
