10+ years of skilled experience in Quality Assurance and software testing , including test planning, execution, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation solutions , including reusable automation frameworks and regression suites.

Strong expertise with Playwright for UI, end-to-end, and automated regression testing , including framework development, test-script maintenance, and execution.

Experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows , with strong understanding of functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, smoke tests, and release validation for CHRIS, HPG, and related modernization initiatives.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, reporting, release support,



and collaboration with development/DevOps teams.

Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines , supporting deployment validation and improving automated test execution and delivery efficiency.

Strong ability to analyze business and technical requirements , identify defects and risks, validate application functionality and data integrity, and provide testing metrics and QA documentation.

Experience working in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments and testing cloud-based/Azure-hosted applications would be an advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills , with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
