Elevate your career as Pantheon's Staff Product Manager focusing on billing systems and monetization strategies for the WebOps Platform. Drive impactful changes through creative pricing and customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for leading net revenue retention efforts and defining how billing and metering systems function within our product.

Collaborate with teams across Finance and Sales to support strategic pricing decisions while mentoring PMs on initiatives that drive growth and reduce churn. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and optimize NRR and upsell strategies
- Report on critical metrics with Finance and Analytics
- Develop pricing strategies across self-serve and B2B models
- Direct the evolution of billing and metering systems
- Align systems for accurate pricing and revenue recognition Requirements:
- At least 8 years in Product Management at B2B SaaS companies
- Familiarity with subscription billing platforms
