Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Maintain organized merchandise displays, restock shelves, and support visual merchandising efforts
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising standards is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
