Sephora Canada seeks a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead people and operations at the specified store location in Canada. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and execution of Sephora’s standards, reporting to the Store Director and coordinating with Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers.
You will manage a team including Department Leads and Beauty Advisors, conduct interviews, develop training plans, and manage payroll and performance reviews to build
