• Lead the deployment of LEAN Manufacturing strategies • Facilitate workshops and ongoing training • Use CORE tools to spot inefficiencies • Monitor LEAN initiative effectiveness and report results • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams

Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field (Manufacturing or Business) • Minimum 3 years in operations or process roles • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies • Proven success in leading improvement projects • Solid analytical and communication skills
