Role Description:

The Guest Services Representative will act as the brand ambassador, of Bayview Village Shopping Centre,enthusiastically promoting the centre, its’ stores, programs, and services. The Guest Services Representative will report to Guest Services Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

- Respond toshopper’s requests and inquiries, via telephone, email, or in-person,respondingin a professional, knowledgeable, and friendlymanner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Centre’s services, stores and locations, merchandise, and upcomingspecial eventsand promotional services
- Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with retailers and educate on the Centre’s services
- Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable customer interactions,goingabove andbeyondtoassistcustomers,and provide exceptional service
- Comply withthe roof access,lostandfound andwheelchair/stroller sign-out procedures.
- Support the Centre’sgift card program including handling cash, credit and Interact payment,andreconciling receipts
- Complete administrative tasks and conduct all service functions related to the Concierge Desk
- Assistwith promotional andspecial eventsasrequired
- Provide gift wrapping for customers andassistwith other related duties





Experienceand Qualifications:

- Experience ina similarpositionwithexceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail andproblem solvingskills
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlines
- Positive and friendly “Customer First” attitude
- Adaptable schedule andwith the abilityto work at least three days per week on weekdays, weekends, and holidays

The expected hourly range for this role is $17.60.
