This role involves offering crucial support in course selection, post-secondary applications, and ensuring smooth transitions from grade 8 to 9. You'll collaborate with educators and families to create an encouraging workplace tailored to student needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students in grades 9-12 on course choices
- Guide families through the post-secondary application procedures
- Manage necessary applications,



including OUAC and OCAS
- Assist in developing and maintaining Student Support Plans
- Ensure proper handling of attendance and program inquiries Requirements:
- College diploma or University degree preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience in guidance support
- Knowledge of university requirements and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
