Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain standards and tools for business analysis
- Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice initiatives
- Provide coaching and expert advice to Business Analysts




- Support the integration of BA practices into project management
- Analyze feedback and improve BA methods continuously

Requirements:

- Over 8 years of extensive business analysis experience
- Experience in developing governance frameworks and playbooks
- Proven mentoring ability for Business Analysts
- Solid process improvement skills and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
