The division also provides the same support services to the Small Agency Resource Team (SmART) program, boards, councils, and commissions. This position works in the Purchasing unit.

In this position as the Accounting Officer/Purchasing Team Lead, you will perform and coordinate the full range of professional accounting functions, purchasing, and related tasks as an integral part of Admin’s FMR division. Functions and tasks include providing lead work within the team; purchasing and contracts; EIOR system administration; establishing annual blanket purchase amounts; training and communicating on applicable legal or policy requirements and processes; and financial reporting, including standard and ad hoc financial documents and/or statements.

This position is eligible for up to a 50% hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework arrangement, additional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Word to create and run complex reports and to conduct financial analysis.
- Problem-solving and good organizational/planning skills necessary to resolve complex fiscal issues independently to complete assignments within established time frames.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy working with numbers and crucial recordkeeping daily.
