The Saskatchewan Health Authority invites applications for an Addiction Counsellor at the Addictions Outreach Office in Saskatoon. The role focuses on supporting individuals with substance use and mental health issues, assessing needs, and planning appropriate treatment. You will perform short term counselling, refer to longer term services, and coordinate stabilization activities to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support within a multi-disciplinary team.
