Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who has completed a recognized post-secondary program in either office or business administration or a University Degree, related work experience is required. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Must be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Proven experience delivering a high level of client service and demonstrated ability to think clearly, resolve issues, and work under pressure. Sensitivity to work with detailed and confidential material. Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required, as is the ability to prioritize workload while providing top-notch customer service.

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented
Administrative Assistant to join our
School of Nursing . This is an opportunity to bring your administrative expertise to a dynamic academic workplace and play an key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the School of Nursing.
The Administrative
Assistant, School of Nursing will provide general and financial administrative support to the Director and faculty within the School of Nursing. Reporting to the Director, the Administrative Assistant will manage initiatives that support the Director, faculty, and students while ensuring the effective and efficient workflow and operation of the school. Duties include supporting faculty teaching and research, reception, communications, clerical and financial management, and public relations.
The Administrative
Assistant contributes to developing the timetable for all courses offered through the school, supports recruitment of new students, assists in the process of hiring new faculty, provides support for the faculty career development process, and will serve as a contributing member on various School of Nursing committees.
The Administrative
Assistant will support the Director with the preparation of the annual budget,
monitor and reconcile expenses to ensure compliance for all budget lines; investigate discrepancies; coordinate and monitor payments and support faculty research by providing administrative support.
