Prime International College of Health Care & Technology is currently seeking a professional, motivated, and results-oriented Experienced Admissions Advisor to join our team in Mississauga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prospective student inquiries, providing program guidance, maintaining an active admissions pipeline, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring consistent communication with prospects throughout the enrolment process.

Reports To: Admissions Manager

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage prospective student inquiries from initial contact through enrolment
- Conduct professional consultations and provide clear program information
- Maintain ownership of an assigned admissions pipeline
- Follow up consistently with prospective students through phone, email, SMS, and CRM
- Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing communication with active prospects
- Assess student needs and recommend suitable program options
- Address questions and objections professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead statuses, follow-up reminders, and next steps
- Ensure timely follow-up on all active leads
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly admissions and sales reports
- Report pipeline activity, enrolment progress, and performance updates to the Admissions Manager
- Promptly escalate lead, performance, or operational concerns to the Admissions Manager
- Meet established enrolment, conversion, calling,



appointment, and productivity expectations
- Participate in Open Houses, webinars, recruitment events, and other enrolment initiatives as required
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication throughout the admissions process
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in Consultative Sales, Admissions, Student Recruitment, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong pipeline management, lead conversion, follow-up, and closing skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and enrolment goals
- Strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, accountable, and confident using CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Additional language proficiency is considered an asset
