your ideas will help engineer solutions for stronger communities and a sustainable world.What you will do: Deploy, test, measure & verify AI control algorithms for existing building control systems* Analyze and improve the building control system to optimize the energy consumption and the zoning comfort* Contribute to the development of the different HVAC algorithms* Participate cross-functionally with teams for building deployments & performance analysis* Work closely with customers to develop current HVAC control sequence, advise on repairs control systems* Improve company tools, templates, and processes related to energy consumption analysis and building performance analysis* Able to understand HVAC mechanical plans and wiring diagrams* Provide training and follow-up training on HVAC system controls to customers* Document work processes and procedures* Identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner* Provide, analyze and review performance reports & advise corrective action plans & review feedback with different departments.

Other tasks as assignedWhat you will bring: DEC or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field 5 plus years of experience with building automation and HVAC control system* Experience with DDC, PLC or similar programming in BAS and HVAC control* In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical and building operations* Experience with commissioning building HVAC automation controls and systems* Thorough understanding of building control theory and concepts* Diverse experience in proprietary controls is a plus (JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Delta, Niagara, Schneider/TAC, etc.) Experience with building management system protocols like, BACnet,



Modbus, Lonworks Strong organizational and communication skills* Strong reporting skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic and able to present easily.

Strong Energy Management and performance checking skills.

Strong Trend log reading, analysis, finding actionable insights & reporting skills .

Familiar with the programming language pythonLanguage Requirements French-English bilingualism is required.
