Bluewater Health is seeking afull-time Anaesthesiologistcommitted to providing high-quality care to the residents ofSarnia–Lambton, Ontario. This opportunity offers a diverse anaesthesia practice within a modern regional hospital, supported by advanced surgical infrastructure and strong interdisciplinary teams. Locum arrangements may be supported to allow interested candidates to assess clinical fit and community life before transitioning to full-time privileges.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or equivalent, in Anaesthesiology
- Eligibility for an independent licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
- Commitment to service excellence with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Interest in training medical students and residents
