Forest Trek Woodwork is looking for individuals in a exciting career in carpentry and woodworking of small cabins, outhouses, interior/exterior furniture and other various wood products. We work in a shop 90% of the time and 10% on site, fun and fast paced environment. We're a small family owned business growing and looking for individuals to join our team!
Experienced Carpenter, Journeyman or 2nd/3rd year apprentice
Home renovation experience, Decks, fences. Jack of all trades.
Must have reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check.
Job Duties:
- Operating light equipment (forklifts)
- Working as a team and working independently
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
- Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
