We have two openings available. One full time permanent position, one full-time contract (1-year).

Responsibilities:

- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas

- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members

- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups

- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up

- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required

- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management

- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly

- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

- 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:





- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written

- Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting

- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

- Excellent time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment

- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license

- Own reliable vehicle
