Job offer: Human relations agent Full time (35 hours/week)

in day shift Start Date: From Now End date: October 19, 2025 Hourly rate: 50$/h Mileage and accommodation covered. We are looking for Human Relations Agents with recent and relevant experience who are passionate and dynamic to join our medical team.

Your main mission will be: Assess the psychosocial needs of mental health users Develop, implement and monitor individualized intervention plans Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families or groups Work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (psychologists, doctors, social workers, etc.) Contribute to the prevention, stabilization and social reintegration of users Required : Bachelor's degree in social work,



psychology, psychoeducation or a related discipline OCCI training is an asset Experience in mental health intervention or support relationships (asset) Ability to adapt, listen and work in a team Autonomy and sense of initiative Perks
