ARH – Human Relations Officer in DI-TSA / North Shore

Job offer: Human relations agent

Full time (35 hours/week)in day shift

Start Date: From Now

End date: October 19, 2025

Hourly rate: 50$/h

We are looking for Human Relations Agents with recent and relevant experience who are passionate and dynamic to join our medical team.

Your main mission will be:

- Assess the psychosocial needs of mental health users
- Develop, implement and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families or groups
- Work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (psychologists, doctors, social workers, etc.)
- Contribute to the prevention, stabilization and social reintegration of users

Required :





- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation or a related discipline
- OCCI training is an asset
- Experience in mental health intervention or support relationships (asset)
- Ability to adapt, listen and work in a team
- Autonomy and sense of initiative
