Aroma Borealis invites you to apply for the part-time Retail & Production Assistant position, where you’ll engage customers and support production efforts. This role is ideal for those looking to work in a friendly atmosphere focused on natural health. You will be working alongside our Retail and Production Leads, assisting customers and contributing to our welcoming shop workplace.
Responsibilities include helping with product packaging and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked. A passion for herbalism and aromatherapy is a plus, but we will provide training for those eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and via phone
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist in filling and labeling Aroma Borealis products
- Process and fulfill online and mail orders efficiently
- Restock and unpack inventory as needed Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Interest in natural health products is a plus
- Proficient with computers and POS systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated
