We are looking for registered nurses (RNs) specializing in home care to join our dynamic team at the CHSLD des Iles de la Madeleine.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide safe and individualized nursing care according to established care plans.
- Participate in the distribution of medication (according to current standards).
- Ensure the comfort, hygiene and mobilization of users.
- Actively collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in care planning and team meetings.

Requirements:

- Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP)




- Valid driving licenseOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ)
- One year minimum of experience in a long-term care facility
- Experience as an ASI is an asset
- Organizational skills, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work different shifts (day/evening/night, as needed).

Benefits :

Hourly rate: 60$/hour
