This role involves hands-on assembly of steel lattice towers, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and collaborating with a safety-focused team. Ideal candidates are experienced with steel construction, heavy equipment, and thrive in physically demanding environments.

What You’ll Need

- Experience with steel construction including rigging
- Experience working around and/or operating heavy equipment in construction or utility environments
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1A or 3A considered an asset)
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to read drawings and prints
- CSO/BSO, Fall Protection & GD2 training considered as asset
