We are looking for an Assistant Sales Coordinator to join our team on a two (2) year contract to cover a maternity leave, in either our Utopia (close to Barrie) or Concord Office.
The Assistant Sales
Coordinator works with the Sales Coordinator and the Sales team in assisting and coordinating the sales efforts for DECAST Ltd. The responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with sales orders, providing correspondence, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, organization, and administrative abilities to successfully support the Sales Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure project tender information and quotation requirements and timelines are communicated and executed correctly to all pertinent departments
- Assist with inputting and processing sales orders
- Assist with phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team, attend sales meetings and collaborate with other internal departments as required
- Provide administrative support for sales processes as required
Skills, Education & Experience
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales, customer service administration/coordination,
or a similar role
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The range of pay for this position is $57k - $70k annually
