Become part of the Georgian College community as an Athletic Therapist, serving the Barrie campus with a focus on varsity athlete care. This part-time position spans September to May. You will assess and treat injuries, manage first aid supplies, and assist with in office medical screenings for athletes.

Your role will involve adhering to standards set forth by Ontario Colleges Athletics Association while nurturing athletes' academic and athletic successes. Provide guidance to student trainers and support injury prevention and effective treatment protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct injury assessments and implement treatment strategies
- Prepare and manage first aid and therapy supplies
- Assist in pre-season screenings for varsity teams




- Train and supervise student staff in therapy practices
- Facilitate communication between athletes and coaching staff Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy or related field
- CATA Certification or equivalent required
- Minimum one year experience in athletic therapy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
