Our family-run bakery in Scarborough is looking for a mixer operator to join our team. If you're experienced, reliable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Accurately weigh ingredients according to recipes and mix dough to the right consistency
- Handle the full production process, including proofing, shaping, and baking
- Check finished products to make sure appearance, taste, and portion size meet our standards
- Record daily production quantities and track ingredient usage and inventory
- Keep the work area clean and follow food safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Bakery or baking experience is an asset
- Pastry experience
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Available for early morning and weekend shifts
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a good team player
