Part-Time Baker / Pastry Assistant (Saturdays Only)

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Part-Time Baker / Pastry Assistant to join our team every Saturday. If you have a passion for baking from scratch, excel in a rapid-paced kitchen, and take pride in high-quality presentation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation & Baking: Set up and stock kitchen stations; weigh, mix, and bake items from scratch (including cookies, breads, crepes, danishes, and savory prep).
- Kitchen Operations: Wash and prepare ingredients; safely operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, and deep fryers.
- Quality & Display: Maintain a clean, pristine workstation, stock bakery display cases neatly, and strictly adhere to Food Safety guidelines and store standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work under the direction of the Head Baker while maintaining the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on pastry or baking experience,



with proven experience making baked goods from start to finish.
- Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Team player, strong attention to detail, excellent direction-following, and self-motivated.
- Schedule: Must be available every Saturday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
