Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs, including cuts, color, and treatments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients warmly and attentively, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to individual client needs, boosting revenue through upselling techniques
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance their overall experience
- Support team members during busy periods by collaborating effectively and maintaining a lively,

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly valued; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential
- Skilled in hair styling techniques with a solid understanding of current trends and best practices
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
