Duties

- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a secure environment.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools that complement clients’ needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and ready for each new client to uphold hygiene standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a barber or stylist in a professional salon or barbershop setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience with retail sales of hair care products is a plus.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Prior front desk or receptionist experience is advantageous but not required; excellent communication skills are essential.
