In this exempt full-time role, you'll manage a portfolio of clinical studies while working closely with Research Nurse Coordinators. You’ll be responsible for evaluating clinical and financial feasibility, and collaborating on contract negotiations with sponsors. Leadership in training, compliance, and quality assurance will be vital as you guide your team.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences with three years' experience • Master’s degree may substitute for experience • Associate’s degree with seven years' experience required • FL Registered Nurse license preferred • Solid understanding of clinical research processes
