Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar operations efficiently by using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry, and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle credit card/debit card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and assist with food service when needed.
- Upselling the food and beverage menu.

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
