Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles • Nurture pipelines of candidates through strategic outreach • Work closely with hiring managers to align on needs • Maintain job postings and track candidates via ATS • Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in hiring
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • At least 2 years in healthcare or advertising • Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics for improvement
