- Job Type: Independent Contractor
- Revenue Split: Auren Wellness offers a 60/40 revenue split for unsupervised clinicians, with up to 80/20 in specific circumstances.

About Us

Auren Wellness is a private practice in Ottawa dedicated to providing exceptional support to clinicians practising in mental health. Our new suite of offices at 1 Centrepointe Dr was designed from the ground up for therapy,



and our team of experienced therapists offers guidance and collaboration to practitioners at every stage of their career.

More and more clients are asking for a therapist who can work with them in both French and English, and we're growing our team to meet that demand.

Your Role

- You are an independent contractor, fully in control of your time, your caseload, and your business.
- You provide compassionate, client-centred therapy in English and French, in person or virtually.
- You help clients navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change, in the language they feel most comfortable using.

What We're Looking For

- A compassionate professional with a real commitment to client care and empowerment.
- A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or
- A Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Fluency in English and French, spoken and written, with the ability to provide therapy in either language.
- Openness to learning, growth, and collaboration.
- Training in couples therapy (such as the Gottman Method or EFT) is an asset.
