Experienced Bookkeeper

We are a dedicated bookkeeping firm providing professional bookkeeping services to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an accurate, adaptable, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in-office position only, located in Peace River so applicants must be local to the area.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate is:

· A Sage Expert: You have extensive, hands-on experience navigating Sage software and do not require basic training on the platform.

· An Efficient Multi-Tasker: You can smoothly shift gears between totally different client accounts and industries in a single day without losing accuracy or time efficiency..

· Time-Conscious: You understand agency workflows and are highly disciplined about tracking your time and meeting billable targets.

· An Independent Problem Solver: You can look at a messy set of books, figure out what needs fixing, and resolve it in a timely and effective manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Experience: Minimum of [3 to 5 ] years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.

· Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Sage software.

· Technical Skills: Robust Microsoft Excel skills for exporting and reporting data.

· Education: Geared toward Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business.
