With some duties as abuilding maintenance worker Job details - Location Edson , AB T7E 1R2 - Salary 28.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week - Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting - Apartment/condominium complex - Room and board provided Tasks - Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs - Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings - Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs - Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment - Perform minor repairs on appliances - Perform safety and security checks - Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants - Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies - Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair - Water and tend to plants,
