Busser / Server Assistant

Bella Notte Ristorante is looking for a reliable, energetic and hardworking Busser / Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position supporting our servers and helping ensure our guests receive the level of service Bella Notte is known for.

Availability

We are specifically looking for applicants with broad availability Tuesday through Sunday.

Evening and weekend availability is essential. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant, particularly during busy dinner services.

Responsibilities

- Clear, clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Set and prepare tables before and during service
- Assist servers with water, bread and table service
- Run food and assist with service as required
- Keep dining room and service areas clean, organized and stocked
- Polish and organize glassware, cutlery and other service items
- Support servers and other team members during busy periods




- Complete opening, closing and assigned side duties
- Help maintain a clean, professional and welcoming restaurant environment

Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, professional and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
- Able to take direction and work efficiently
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Must have evening and weekend availability
