About the Opportunity

- Process and apply customer payments to outstanding invoices.
- Review and validate customer remittances and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cash accounts.
- Process customer direct deposit requests and maintain accurate records.
- Provide backup support to the Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable team.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as required.

About You

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.




- Experience with BlackLine or similar accounting systems is an asset.

Pay Range

$22 - $24 / hour
