As part of the accounts receivable team, you will report to the Credit Supervisor and be responsible for applying customer payments from a variety of sources quickly and accurately.

Your role will also involve reconciling accounts and investigating any discrepancies using advanced data handling techniques in Excel. Collaboration with the Credit & Collections team will be essential for resolving unapplied cash and account issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and apply daily customer payments efficiently
- Match payments to invoices accurately to maintain clean balances




- Analyze and clean complex remittances thoroughly
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure compliance with controls
- Aid in resolving payment disputes with the Credit team Requirements:
- At least 3 years of cash management experience
- Experience with B2B multi-entity environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
