Key Responsibilities:



• Advise on operational legal matters affecting the corporation • Negotiate and draft contracts involving key stakeholders • Manage external counsel for complex legal needs • Foster relationships within the local legal community • Drive strategic initiatives within the Legal Department

Requirements: • Active member of Quebec or Ontario Bar • 3-5 years of in-house business law experience • Proven contract negotiation and drafting skills • Bilingual in English and French • Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications
