Quality assurance and quality control on AS2I products
Generate 2-D drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and notes
Delivery of parts to fabrication shops
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with structural steel design calculations and designing custom sheet metal parts for fabrication
- Experience managing medium-large SolidWorks assemblies
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Diligent, conscientious, and accountable
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Computer competency with experience in MS Office suite and SolidWorks
- Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions
- Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with reliable vehicle to use for work (vehicle allowance paid)
- Project Management experience an asset
We Offer:
$65 000 - $85 000 annually, based on experience
Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
