Responsibilities: Mechanical design and drawings of AS2I products

Field installation assistance and troubleshooting

Quality assurance and quality control on AS2I products

Generate 2-D drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and notes

Delivery of parts to fabrication shops

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma

5 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience with structural steel design calculations and designing custom sheet metal parts for fabrication

Experience managing medium-large SolidWorks assemblies

Ability to work independently within a team environment

Diligent, conscientious, and accountable

High attention to detail and effective time management

Effective verbal and written communication

Solid work ethic and positive attitude

Computer competency with experience in MS Office suite and SolidWorks





Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions

Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with reliable vehicle to use for work (vehicle allowance paid)

Project Management experience an asset

We Offer: $65 000 - $85 000 annually, based on experience

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
