About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental and applied research to develop novel chemical processes and technologies.
- Design and execute laboratory-scale experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and potential research avenues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects.
- Document research findings, prepare technical reports,

Requirements

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical research and development.
- Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving in a research setting.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
- Experience with various laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation.
