Become a key member of CHEO in Ottawa as a Behaviour Therapist. Specialize in delivering ABA services to support youth with neurodevelopmental challenges. This position requires collaboration with the Registered Behaviour Analyst to provide comprehensive assessments and therapy.

In this engaging role, you will facilitate both individual and group sessions, develop therapeutic interventions, and conduct evaluations, significantly improving the quality of life for children and their families. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Functional Behaviour Assessments on complex behaviors
- Create and refine therapeutic programs based on client needs
- Provide ethical and protected treatment strategies across settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
- Accurately document all client interactions and interventions Requirements:
- Advanced diploma or postgraduate certificate in Behaviour Science
- At least three years of experience in ABA programming
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
