Janitor Technician – Bilingual

Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor , window and gutter cleaner, to join our growing team in Montreal. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and debris removal
- Janitorial and general cleaning
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Assisting with exterior cleaning and pressure washing
- Using ladders and skilled cleaning equipment safely
- Preparing, loading, and maintaining equipment and supplies
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Following company procedures and safety standards
- Working efficiently with your team to provide excellent service to our clients

Requirements
- Previous janitorial or window cleaning experience is an asset




- English and French communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- Comfortable following checklists, procedures, and instructions
- Professional attitude when working around clients and their employees

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
