Calgary Custom Concepts is a growing finish carpentry and custom millwork company completing cabinetry, feature walls, architectural details and interior transformations for residential and commercial clients.

You will help guide clients from their first conversation through design development, estimating, proposal and project handoff. As your knowledge and judgment develop, you will take on estimating, simple design coordination, smaller sales opportunities and greater project responsibility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand each client’s vision, priorities, budget and timeline.

Gather and organize drawings, measurements, photographs, selections and project requirements.

Review plans and design details to identify missing information.

Coordinate communication between clients, sales, estimating, design, suppliers and operations.

Keep clients informed as their projects move through design and pricing.

Learn and use our project management and sales software.

Maintain accurate project information, follow-up dates and next steps.

Assist with takeoffs, estimates, scopes of work and simple design requirements.

Support proposal presentations and help clients understand recommended solutions.

Take ownership of smaller opportunities as your experience and confidence grow.





WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Education or experience in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, drafting or a related field.

The ability to understand plans, elevations and construction details.

Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

A genuine interest in working with clients and helping them make decisions.

Initiative and consistent follow-through.

An interest in developing skills in sales, estimating and project delivery.

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam or similar software is an asset.

Millwork, cabinetry, renovation or construction experience is an asset.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Starting at $20/hour during paid onboarding.

Approximately 30 hours per week during onboarding.

Formal performance and compensation review within 60–90 days.

Advancement opportunity to $22–$25/hour.

Future commission eligibility after independently managing assigned opportunities.

Long-term opportunity for increased hours and responsibility.
