In the Nurse Practitioner role, you will be a critical member of the Division of Medical Oncology, operating with significant autonomy to manage patient care effectively. You will take charge in diagnosing, prescribing treatment, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to promote wellness and superior health outcomes. Significant emphasis on research and education is included.

Key Responsibilities: • Administer comprehensive clinical assessments to oncology patients • Prescribe treatment and manage diagnostic tests • Lead cooperative care efforts with multidisciplinary teams • Engage in ongoing nursing research for practice improvements • Act as a resource for education and mentorship

Requirements: • Current registration as Extended Class RN in Ontario • Master's degree in Nursing or related field • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience • Certification in Chemotherapy within 6 months preferred • Solid mentoring and decision-making capabilities
