We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling centers to produce high-precision aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform CNC milling machine setups and operate 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) knowledge to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Set tool offsets, perform tool changes, and verify machine setups.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Machine aluminum and aerospace-grade alloys to tight tolerances.
- Follow setup sheets, SPFs, and aerospace quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining setup experience.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or other tight-tolerance machining environments.
- Hands-on experience setting up CNC milling centers (not limited to machine operation).
- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T; skills.
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls.




- Ability to use precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Experience machining aluminum and aerospace alloys.
- Ability to consistently work to tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and manufacturing documentation.

Shift Options

- Day Shift: Any 4 days per week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: Any 4 days per week, including weekends, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
