About Us:

Clear Stone Facility Services is building a team of dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to support our growing portfolio of properties throughout the GTA.

Our work primarily includes condominium and apartment buildings, commercial properties, offices, common areas, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up when scheduled, communicate professionally, and consistently maintain high cleaning standards.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform thorough cleaning of lobbies, hallways, elevators, washrooms and other designated areas
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Clean glass, doors, mirrors and common-area surfaces
- Empty waste and recycling receptacles and dispose of materials appropriately
- Use cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Perform move-in/move-out and turnover cleaning when required
- Follow property-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
- Operate cleaning equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers and buffers when required
- Identify and report cleaning, maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor

What we're looking for:

- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Previous commercial, custodial or building cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and conduct while working around residents, tenants and property staff




- Comfortable learning to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform cleaning duties throughout a shift
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
