Responsibilities

- Operate tow trucks (flatbed, wrecker, or wheel-lift) to tow or recover vehicles.
- Respond to calls for roadside assistance, accidents, and impound requests.
- Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles.
- Complete trip logs, condition reports, and necessary paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service in stressful situations.
- Follow all company, safety, and traffic regulations.

Requirements
- Valid [Class 3/5 with Air Brakes, depending on province] driver’s licence with clean abstract.
- Experience operating vehicles with manual gear systems (standard/manual transmission).




- Previous tow truck or commercial driving experience preferred (training may be provided).
- Strong knowledge of local roads.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, on-call).
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Skilled, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
