In your role as a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and be pivotal in delivering essential nursing services.
You'll have the chance to interact meaningfully with residents while leading a team focused on exceptional care standards. Your contributions will help build a nurturing environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and adjust individualized care plans for residents
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Lead and evaluate PSW team activities
- Keep accurate records of resident care
- Facilitate effective communication with residents and families Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- RAI-MDS certification needed within one year
